  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with the return shipping address.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during the return process.
  1. Refund/Exchange:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If you’re requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed, subject to availability. Any price difference between the original item and the replacement item may be applicable.
